MAIA MERAV HOLTZMAN is a boutique design company whose business model is one of intelligent and sustainable growth—in order to minimize overhead and devote resources to design and prototype we do not stock an inventory.
All products are made to order by artisans in Los Angeles, and all production pieces require a minimum turn around time from order to ship date of 2 weeks, depending upon season and demand. Items with pavé settings, custom stone cutting, or special finishes will take longer. We take great pride in the exceptional craftsmanship of our products, so please bear with us while we create your jewel.
For rush orders please contact us directly. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made.
For online, one-of-a-kind pieces shipping is available next day if no additional sizing is required.
Delivery of custom requests varies depending upon the complexity of the work.
In the case of precious metals and stones the majority of material is recycled, conflict-free, and eco-friendly. In the case of leathers we make every effort only to work with suppliers that adhere to humane practices. Non-leather packaging available upon request.
SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES
Shipping by UPS unless otherwise specified. Maia Merav Holtzman is not shipping outside of the united states via web orders, so if you would like to order from abroad please contact us. international taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange taxes, duties, and/or shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURNS
We hope that you will love your purchase but understand that you may want the option of returning a piece if it’s not a perfect fit. Although for a smaller company like ours offering returns poses some risk to our business model, we understand that the option is necessary to ensure your confidence when making a discretionary purchase, so all of our production line pieces are eligible for return within two days of receipt, but must be in unworn condition, with the security tag attached, and refunds are subject to examination upon return.
All sales of custom and limited edition pieces are final.
In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at our discretion within 5 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues with your order, and for a return shipping label.
REPAIRS
All Maia Merav Holtzman jewelry is engineered to last a lifetime with proper care, and is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear is not covered, and damage resulting from improper care or misuse will void this warranty. Because of the nature of materials that we use in our designs, please read the care information accompanying your jewel carefully.
Should you require a repair, please contact us with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. Maia Merav Holtzman will assess whether the warranty repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. For items that have been damaged due to improper care, repairs can be made at for the cost of labor and any replacement of materials. We are happy to re-polish your undamaged jewelry for you free of charge.
